Client Loyalty & Value for Money

  • We offer reduced rates as standard when you partner with us, for example 5% off bookings when you add us to your approved contractors list, and 7.5% off bookings when you make us your preferred contractor

  • We offer a reduced rate for surveys/services within the same block, estate or street that are booked together

  • We offer a reduced rate for multi-bookings, for example an instruction for 5 or more surveys/services

  • We offer a significantly reduced rate for mass-bookings, for example an instruction for 35 or more surveys/services

  • If you refer us to another business and they book with us, we will offer you a credit up to the value of £500 off your next service with us

  • In the extremely unlikely event we do not deliver a service in the timeframe we have committed to, and where we have not provided reasonable communication or reasoning, we will credit back 5% of the service cost to you
